Textile dyeing
It mainly works as dispersant in textile printing and dyeing industry,as the following:
1.Pigment pad dyeing of disperse dye
2.Vat acid dyeing of disperse dye
3.Dye for silk and feather mixture
4.Soluble vat dye dyeing
5.Dispersant for disperse dye and lake making
The amount of dispersant used depends on the solubility and concentration of the vat dye, generally ranging from 2-3g/L. For sulfur indigo vat dyes, the dosage can be reduced to 0.6-1.5g/L.
About 3/5 of the dispersant dosage can be added to the vat bath, while about 2/5 can be added to the diluent.
